TopTV Decision Date Set – What They Tell You is Only Words While We’ve Shown You Actions – The Decision Should be Easy Now

EDITORIAL: This gives the people time to join together and fight the launch of these channels. You need to be contacting the court system. Contact TopTV and tell them you don’t want the channels. Most importantly, contact your political leaders. They will only act in your favor if you make enough noise. Porn is infiltrating each of YOUR family lives. You have to make a choice:

YOUR PORN OR YOUR CHILDREN. WHICH WILL IT BE??

Below TopTV admits the Most Vocal Group is against these channels. They then use social networking sites as their basis for “More People say They Want them” on their “likes”. One very important thing that NO ONE ever mentions is that any type of results used from “surveys” or “likes” over the internet are bogus and cannot be used in any way, shape or form to base important decisions on. Those who want a certain outcome can create hundreds of aliases and vote their choice multiple times to drive up the stats in their favor. It’s just like our stalkers who build multiple aliases to try to protect themselves online while they stalk and bully. They can post hundreds of items against us under different names so it’s almost impossible to identify and track them all.

You can only depend on statistics from valid survey/research companies who are trained to uncover trending. ALL Stats off the internet ARE USELESS. Stats of traffic, followers and friends can all be manipulated. Even Twitter is full of false followers and tweets that drive stats up and make certain people trenders. That’s how you know the site is corrupt even though they may be the big name like Twitter. They allow stalking and cheating to push certain trends they want. Is that someone you should trust?? It’s not about truth on the internet. It’s about how many of unsuspecting public they can all fool with their crap. It’s a game to criminals and grifters!!

Testimonials, stats with no source citing, all this bogus information is being followed to make decisions. I know of tons of companies you can hire to post comments and answer surveys to drive traffic your way. If nothing else, Porn in the Valley should show the World that you cannot just believe it because it’s written on the internet. If they can’t back it up with documentation like we are doing, it’s worthless and should not be used!! I told Yahoo I wouldn’t use them as a source anymore after they refused to remove a stalker post with my real name and stage name. I told them if they leave that bogus crap up there, then I have to consider EVERYTHING there suspect. I no longer even look at their headlines. Why would I?? Do you continue to look at sources you know have lied to you in the past??

Whether adults should have porn is not the relavent question at this point. Porn Valley is in the high schools and elementary schools. DOES EVERYONE REALLY WANT ALL THEIR CHILDREN BEING PIMPS AND HOES and doing all the nasty stuff in porn these days like it’s the norm in sex beginning at like 5-6 years old?? You want your daughters squirting milk out their anus and licking urine and feces off the floor?? Taking 3 penises at a time with all the boys in the neighborhood because that’s what they show is the real deal in porn?? Kids pimping each other out to their friends and fathers because porn shows them how to trade money for sex in ALL the porn videos. This is what is happening all across America RIGHT NOW and parents are choosing their porn over their kids futures because it says it’s perfectly okay in our media, government and online sources to keep enjoying their porn to express their rights to free speech. WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN?? And who is checking all those facts?? Where has there been true research?? We’ve shown they’ve lied to everyone multiple time and there’s no research to back their rhetoric so they just lie and there was nowhere you could find the truth. That is until now. We have shown they are after the children and you know it is the truth. But does anyone in America really even care anymore?? God help us all if they don’t!!

The children are all suffering. They are the ones who don’t understand what they’re seeing and think they are expected to do. They are destroying their own lives and getting connected with these people who stalk everybody with no hope of anyone helping them get back to their families. Do you think your children are a match for what you’ve seen the two of us, adult women, go through?? These are the REAL ISSUES that you must decide on. Will you choose to save your children or take all our souls to HELL??

I know I can’t live in a World that allows the rape of our sons and daughters to be videotaped and shown to the World as entertainment across the internet. That is why I do what I do here. We have shown a piece of VIDEO that was almost impossible to smuggle out to show the truth of the entire shoot, not just what they edit it into. God will not allow this to continue to disgrace what he has given us. Our children are the greatest gift that we have been blessed with. To continue to allow this depravity against our children is an atrocity against God. I really don’t understand why there is any questions left in the entire World at this point. If you have questions, go back and look through from mid November forward again. It graphically shows the entire process so it’s impossible to disagree that everything we’re saying is exactly what is happening.

I pray,

Dear Lord, please continue to use these tools to reach the masses and break through the propaganda to get the truth out about the harms that the porn industry is doing to our children and our families. Please, please Lord, let those who have the power hear our voices, so that they can make the right decisions for citizens everywhere. Lord, I beg for your mercy to save our children from the sure Hell they have set in motion here in America.

With your love and guidance, Lord, please show our leaders the way back to family values and our childrens’ futures. Stop our children from going to Porn Valley and please save our families, dear God. Heal the souls of those damaged by porn and let the pornographers really see the damages they have caused to our children and let that truth turn their hearts toward you instead, our dear Lord.

In your blessed name,

Amen

The launch of TopTV’s bouquet of Playboy adult channels has been delayed by court interdict until ICASA makes their decision
TopTV said in a press statement issued today (16 January 2012) that ICASA will make their decision by the end of the month on whether or not the satellite TV broadcaster can launch its planned adult channels.

Following a court hearing on Friday (13 January 2012), an interdict against TopTV was granted, but the broadcaster said that the judge did not provide the detailed reasons in the form of a judgment of the court.

“Until such time that we have received the full judgment, which includes the detailed reasons, we will not be in a position to comment,” said Thato Mahapa, TopTV’s head of regulatory affairs, when asked how they would proceed.

The interdict comes after a fierce battle between TopTV’s parent company, On Digital Media, and ICASA.

It is understood that according to regulation, ICASA had 60 days within which to deny TopTV’s application to broadcast 3 additional channels.

Mahapa said that TopTV had warned ICASA that their deadline was approaching, but still received no feedback from the regulator.

Maintaining that regulation had effectively automatically approved their application, TopTV said that it planned to launch the channels in January 2012.

Spokesperson for the Independent Communications Authority South Africa (ICASA), Paseka Maleka, said that the regulator would make its decision after they finish the public consultation on TopTV’s proposed channels.

The public hearings kicked off today, Maleka said.

“This means that TopTV can never launch until the Authority has made a decision on the matter,” Maleka said.

A full press statement from TopTV airing their views about the situation follows below:

Satellite television network, TopTV has noted the court decision interdicting it from launching three adult content channels until a final Independent Communication Authority of South Africa (ICASA) decision at the end of the month.

Marius Liebenberg, senior vice president of Sales and Marketing at TopTV, says the network is yet to see the court decision, study it and assimilate its implications.

The matter, he adds, has stimulated debate afresh on adult content, its accessibility, the sexual lifestyle choices of people and the very strong reactions – both positive and negative – that the imminent launch of the Adult Pack of channels in South Africa has provoked.

TopTV is not surprised that people opposed to the introduction of adult content on TopTV have been most vocal, Liebenberg says. However, those opposed to the proposed new channels would appear to be in the minority as the vast majority of people who have responded publicly and on social media networks either say that they look forward to the introduction of the adult content, or that it is the entrenched democratic right of people to consume content of their choice in the privacy of their own homes – as long as they do not break the law by doing so.

Public opinion concurs with independent research commissioned by TopTV in its investigation of the business viability of the new channels. In that research, 71 percent of urban adult South Africans agreed that people had the right to view material of their choice – including adult content – in the privacy of their homes.

Sexual rights committee member at the World Association of Sexual Health and clinical sexologist, Dr Marlene Wasserman (known as Dr Eve to millions of South Africans) says strong fears about sexuality continue to be fueled in South Africa. In this context, she says, TopTV’s initiative to create The Adult Pack of channels is a bold move. ?Solid and comprehensive sexuality education for both parents and children is absent, she says, and there are scant models for children around healthy relationships and sexuality. Poverty, unemployment, inadequate healthcare and poor education lead to sexual violence. Adult content does not.

The Adult Pack of channels would be carefully managed, Liebenberg says. The content would only be made available as a completely distinct and stand-alone package and would not be integrated into the mainstream TopTV bouquet of programmes and content. Current TopTV subscribers would only have access to the Adult Pack channels if they subscribed to them and paid a distinct subscription fee for them.

It would, in fact, be difficult to access such content. Adult Pack  subscribers would need to:

  1. make a conscious decision to subscribe to the Adult Pack at a separate cost,
  2. provide adequate proof that they are older than 18,
  3. agree to sign up to the additional channels,
  4. pay a separate monthly subscription fee of R199 for the adult content that will enable subscribers to view only the adult content, and
  5. contact a separate Call Centre number to do so.

There is a significant volume of scientific research on the impact of freely available adult content in societies and communities. This research concurs that this material is not only harmless, but that it also reduces incidence of sex crimes in communities and in countries where people have free, non-stigmatized access to it.

Often-cited research by Berl Kutchinsky, professor of criminology at the University of Copenhagen, for example, found that incidence of rape diminished or stayed relatively level as pornography became more freely accessible in Denmark, Sweden, Germany and the USA. The Scientist magazine has published research showing identical findings were recorded in Japan, Croatia, China, Poland, Finland and the Czech Republic. In the USA, there has been a consistent decline in rape over the last two decades as adult content became more readily accessible, The Scientist magazine says.

TopTV has put mechanisms in place to ensure that only those who have elected to subscribe to the service have access to the Adult Pack content. These mechanisms include secret pin codes to protect minors from accessing the material, and encryption on a distinct pay-TV platform. Each time a channel from the Adult Pack is chosen, the secret pin will need to be entered. This will apply, too, when the television set is turned on and during channel surfing in the normal course of television viewing.

It is the right of all adults to view content of their choice in the privacy of their homes, Liebenberg says. It’s a personal choice that adults are entitled to make. Such material is already freely available in the market on mobile telephones, the internet and at specialist outlets. TopTV is satisfied it has more than sufficient mechanisms in place to protect those who are either too young to be exposed to adult television content, or those who take exception to such content. However, TopTV does not apologize for giving those who do wish to view adult content on television access (albeit careful and considered access) to such content.
