MANWIN: Monica Foster Says She Received this Demand to Remove DareDorm.com Reference or Else – Is This True? Is Mike South a Bad News Source??

EDITORIAL: I am somewhat confused by what Monica sent me. We are seeing strong evidence that Manwin owns or is at least in charge of manageing Reality King because RK is part of Playboy which Manwin bought in November of 2011. There may be some semantics to the ownership trail but facts are RK and Playboy which is owned by Manwin thus them too, all work together on Playboy’s TV channels. We are still attempting to unravel the mystery as quickly as possible. As you have seen many times here in Porn in the Valley, there’s many identities and nationalities involved because they love to cover their tracks and bury what is really going on in Porn Valley.

Porn Valley has raped our entire First Amendment and yet they want to destroy anyone else who uses Free Speech to spread the truth. We back up what we say here with documentation. It’s posted for the entire World to see. After all, this is the Court of Public Opinion we’re addressing. We just report it. The World makes judgement and doles out the punishment. I believe there are plenty of qualified jurors and judges out there learning 🙂

The Plot Thickens. Hmmm . . .

 (a Monica Foster editorial)

Today I woke up to what I perceive as threats from porn industry giant MANWIN (a non United States founded entity) requesting that I immediately remove my recent post about DareDorm.com due to my linked and sourced commentary.

I have to question as to exactly why Manwin is targeting me, with unjustified legal action against this posting when Mike South (of MikeSouth.com who is often quite accurate in his blog postings) has reported as of November 11, 2011 that Manwin has allegedly either acquired or done a deal with Reality Kings.

It appears in my view that Manwin is attempting to silence independent adult industry bloggers – possibly according to race and sex being that Mike South (who has recently written a positive blog in regards to Manwin) is a caucasion (white) male – versus myself (a black female) who hasn’t jumped on the “pro-manwin” bandwagon.

Is this another instance of the porn industry threatening, harassing and attempting to intimidate women like myself who are ex pornstars who have decided to share their thoughts, opinions, views and truths about the porn industry? Considering what I went through with the PornWikiLeaks situation of which Mike South was involved in and Sean Tompkins (of whom was initially closely affiliated with Mike South in the alleged “taking down” of PornWikiLeaks), I wouldn’t be surprised.

In any case, this is incorrect and has nothing to do with your post or daredorm.com which we don’t own.

This is our last warning.

Well if I see his “wrong” post removed and/or a statement on his site reflecting this issue (by the end of January 26, 2012) I will update my post and write a new post regarding this issue.

The facts are: Mike South and yourself are wrong: Manwin never made a deal or any affiliation with Reality Kings in November 2011 nor do we own them in any respect.

According to mikesouth.com in November on 2011 there was an affiliation/deal between Manwin and Reality Kings. When/if Mike corrects his site in regards to this I may correct my posting.

You are mixing up things here. We have no interest in buying anything from you. Your posting is not fine. As previously outlined, I hereby confirm that the ”facts” that you are referring to are indeed completely wrong and consequently are not facts. We do not own or have ever been involved with daredorm.com. Jason Tavarez is not our employee nor as or had any links with our company and we do not own Reality Kings. Therefore, it is your legal obligation to correct such misleading and defamatory information.

Our sole interest is the truth and nothing else. There is no intimidation in pursuing legitimate rights.

This is very simple, remove any reference to Manwin or we will have no other choice but to initiate legal action.

Hello,

I checked with someone I know who is aware of legal technicalities and considering the format, language and phrasing of my posting I am not crossing any lines. I’m simply posing questions, questioning found facts and reporting sourced details (which are also linked).

Now if your initially foreign based company wants to take legal action against a young, relatively broke American woman who is an avid activist against the criminal activity of the Los Angeles porn industry – go for it.

I’m not intimidated by your company nor am I for sale.

Have a great 2012.

    Maybe…

Is it possible to hide certain blog posts on Blogger? If so, how?.. I know that I can save my post as a draft, or have it scheduled, but what I need is to hide my post for a giveaway but still have certain followers be able to access it through a link.…
