THE YOUNG HOTTIE WITH SPITZER SAID SHE WAS DOING IT TO BUY THINGS SHE WANTED< NOT TO SURVIVE> I just don't want to glamorize this life. Or make excuses for it. The argument about the preachers was valid, but does not excuse what they did. And the bible is very clear about a man being the husband of one wife. I don't want to preach, I just hope this isn't an excuse for a young women to become an extort.

Hi Carol,

Vent anytime, that's why I take comments :) I've actually changed my views on legalizing prostitution as I've become more educated on the whole subject. I thought it would make escorting safer for women but the truth is, it doesn't help women at all. First, it simply decriminalizes the pimps involvement. While women wouldn't get criminal records for getting busted for escorting (which I still think should women shouldn't get), they still have no legal recourse for crimes against them while working. Since I wrote this, I know of women who have reported crimes against themselves and they were told the cases would not be prosecuted because they were sex workers and wouldn't win. I say criminalize the johns and the pimps. Stop the buyers and sellers of sex and you stop the abuse against the women and children that come from that.

Girls pay bills and buy things they want. Do you think the hottie bought things with her escorting money and worked a regular job to pay bills. Most women in our country work for wages that keep them in poverty. To live within their means puts them in dangerous neighborhoods. I was a single mom working 3 jobs to keep my kids in a safe neighborhood. You can't really blame the girls for wanting what our society tells them they should have. Hollywood, magazines and our credit laden "Adult" society tell young women they should be able to have all these material things. I'm not saying that's right but if adults can't live within their budgets, how can we expect these teenagers to do so, right??

I still don't understand this whole condom thing they can so easily just take it off with the technology they have now days.I watch allot of porn seeing a condom doesn't turn me off. Are any women saying they don't want the guys to wear condoms because maybe it feels better?

RESPONSE:

The women only say they don't want condoms in front of a camera because if they say otherwise, the industry will blacklist them and they won't get work. This has been going on since 2004. The porn industry definitely has the technology to remove the condoms from the scenes if desired. They remove tattoos and scars from the performers bodies in videos all the time. It is well know that Jessie Jane has many flaws removed from her videos and photos alike. You'll find that she is never seen in public with her body exposed like in a bikini at the conventions. They do this for girls they want to promote who will play the industry game. If not, they actually chose bad photos to make you look bad. It's all fake so condoms can be removed.

It's about the men in porn. They don't want to wear a condom. If production requires condoms, female performers would require them all the time and the men don't want this. It's always about what the men want in porn. The girls have no say and no rights!!

Thanks for your comment. You show that consumers will still watch porn with condoms. Most consumers I talk to would rather have condoms in porn than to risk these young women's lives.

Hi Desi, I just watched you on blogtv, and I wanted to comment, but they wanted me to register, and God, who wants to do that? That is what led me here. So most of my comments are directed towards your "Porn - Fantasy vs Reality" series.

I admire your courage to speak out against the industry. However if I may, may I suggest that if you want to be more effective, you must stay away from the hyperbole... it serves no one, least of all your interests. Present porn for what it is, not as some "Trojan Horse" whose main objective is to destroy the very fabric of American society. Anything less than the truth only gives your detractors more ammunition, and scares away potential supporters.

Most of these producers, agents etc in the adult industry are just opportunists trying to make a quick buck. The best defense against opportunists is 2 pronged. First, you and your allies should start educating the young women who are entering the industry about the ways of the industry. Secondly you should also find real concrete ways to help these women get out of the industry. Find out when your representative in congress is due for re-election. About a year out (so that it is hard to ignore you), approach him/her for help with trying to find a way out for these girls (i.e. educational programs, job training programs etc.). Everybody loves a good redemption story!

Well that's my 2 cents and I am figuring you've heard it all before. Keep fighting the good fight, and I hope you win some day.

Thank you for stopping by and sharing your comments. I'm glad you found me here as I can understand that some don't want to take the time to register on BlogTV.

Unfortunately, I do know what I'm saying is a truth that many just can't fathom about anyone. They are actively working to addict everyone to porn. In fact, your statements above do support that as well. It is about money and what better way to make sure they get as much as they can than to addict everyone so they keep sending in their dollars.

You also have to understand that the porn industry is full of sexual deviants that want everyone to be like them. Many don't have any respect for women. There's many who think women are only good to abuse and degradate. They get off watching their fantasies play out at a set location while they capture it on film. They talk about this while you're working on the scene. They talk about how women are all porn whores right in front of us. They know we have to collect our money so they don't care what we think. They even say really bad things to the male performers the whole they are there.

I do appreciate your comments and don't let me put you off from sharing them here. It's just that I was there so I do know exactly what they are doing because they did it right in front of me!!

I just want to say thanks for the quick reply, I really didn't expect you to reply so quickly!

There are other things that bother me about porn as well, such as the pressure on people about image and what is deemed sexually attractive or fulfilling. All men must have a large penis and all women must be slim with large breasts. There really is a huge emphasis on appearance and nothing else. There is a lack of character building in scenes/movies that are following a story line, (cookie cutter movies) and as the previous poster mentioned, the interviews are shallow and last less than a few minutes.

There's alot to what you're saying about the image issues which Hollywood promotes in much the same way. We have a much deeper issue going on with our young people in America. They are trying to perform the same type of sex they are seeing in porn. Girls can't take it and boys are telling them that they are lame and not a real woman if they can't do these things. And you're correct about penis size as well. Many boys and young men are having issues because they think they're not adequate to satisfy a woman with their size. It's hurting the self esteem of our young people and girls are getting sexual injuries trying to keep up.

Hi, I really enjoyed reading this entry and I agree with every single point you have made.
I'm a 24 year old male and have had an interest in getting into the business for a long time but I've always felt that the industry is so dirty. Scenes on the most part follow a set formula, it's the same thing every time. The same positions then the face shot, which seems totally unrealistic. I honestly don't understand the fascination with anal sex and find it far from erotic or arousing.
Like I said I'd certainly consider working in porn, but things do need to change. I wouldn't be at all comfortable knowing that my work colleagues are being exploited and abused, that crooks are basically benefiting from the things that you've described and the fact that I'd also be fuelling that. Something drastic has to happen for things to change, it seems that it so deep set in the industry that it's accepted as the norm.

The reason I point these things out is so everyone can understand the truth about the porn industry. You will see them saying they need to provide fresh content to keep the consumers attention but the scenes are all the same. They use the EXACT formula each time. This is proof that they don't care about fresh content. It's about doing the EXACT same thing each time which begins to program the consumers minds to addict them to their product.

I have told everyone to talks about going into the porn industry that this is not a time to do so. Until major changes are made, it's a place to corrupt yourself instead of having any creative abilities. They fight in court using freedom of speech and expression as their argument yet there's no artistic value to porn these days. Saying these cookie cutter videos are art is like calling a McDonalds hamburger gourmet cuisine, right lol!!

Desi, i agree with you on most points. I actually think there is a huge market for a different type of porn, more amateur/reality based, with real conversations/interviews, and a completely different sexual experience, much like you ask for. More kissing, more oral sex, and just much more gentle altogether, closer to real sex that happened to be videotaped.

The problem with porn that fall out of the norm is generally that they fall too far out of the norm. Men still want to see people have sex, this is the selling point. Much of the alternative porn get that part all wrong, it get's too artistic, and much of it seems like it must costs a tonne to produce.

Another thing that always amazes me is how bad pornographers are at interviewing, it's like they have 5 questions that the bang through in a minute or two. And it's always the same nonsens, what's your favorite position, when did you loose your virginity, how old are you. No digressions, nothing! You get absolutely zero grasp of who this person is, and then it's off to some mechanic exaggerated sex.

Thank you for your comments. You're right on point with them all. The point I try to get across most is that the porn industry isn't producing what the consumers really want. They do what they want because it's about reprogramming Americans, not about selling a product American's really want.

They don't really want to interview performers to let the girls talk like real people. They don't want consumers to think of these young women as real people. It's all about making the girls look crazy and slutty. It's another thing the porn industry does to instill an attitude into the consumer.

Porn these days has nothing to do with artistic ability or talent. These men are trying to instill a certain mentality amongst men. They want men to look at women as sex objects to abuse and degrade. They don't want to empower men and women through their work. Your comments show what you think should be happening. That is what the average consumer thinks and feels. I've talked to thousands of them. The porn industry knows this as well but they could care less about the consumer except to take their money and corrupt their minds.

The Tiger story could be one of a rise, fall, and rise up again of a man. Till this story is finally written it is just a rise and fall. Countless others share this story so it is nothing special.

If he can get back on the golf circuit, regain his winning ways, and save his marriage Tiger is just another name that should just go away. He is done. If he can do these things then there is a story. Till then I just write him off.

I don't deny him of his accomplishments in the sport. He earned it with hard work, determination and a gift from god. If he wanted to he could have let his press people do his spin and continued playing. Racking more winnings.

He is choosing to be a better man and make his golf second. So is the story. Let's see how it plays out. Is he the man or just golf?

So nice to hear from you :) I agree totally. The press is ruthless and don't let up easy. If he can be a man and get back to his family and love of golf, he will go on and the story will end eventually.

If you look at his life, it's not so strange that this happened to him. He spent his whole life controlled by golf, not doing many of the normal things kids do. His father was his best friend instead of other kids. And then his father died and left him in a sense. A classic recipe for disaster!! We are all human and make mistakes. He just proved that it doesn't matter how rich or famous you are, you are still human. Life is tough for us all.

They didn't ban cream pies they still do them.I have no problems with the use of condoms in porn I never understood the big deal in that.

RESPONSE:

It was an industry decision brought on by health department recommendations. Only a few independent producers still shoot the creampie scene. No larger production companies are doing them. Condoms AREN'T a big deal so you have to ask yourselves why the industry is so against them. They definitely have the technology to remove the condom after filming through editing.

It's about personal preference of the producers, crew workers and male talents who all have sex with the female performers. These men don't want to use condoms so they try to convince everyone that the females are the ones who don't want them. In real world sex we all know it's the guys who always say "I can't perform with a condom on. It inhibits my pleasure and feeling". 9 out of every client I saw while working in a legal brother in Nevada said the same thing!!

It's about safety. There's no money in safety so the producers could care less about it!!
